Transfer Agent
About the Role
We are looking for a Transfer Agent to join our growing team in Luxembourg. In this role, you will be responsible for investor onboarding, transaction processing, and maintaining accurate shareholder records. You will work closely with fund managers, investors, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with industry standards while delivering a high level of client service.

Key Responsibilities
- Process subscriptions, redemptions, and transfers of fund shares.
- Conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks in compliance with regulations.
- Ensure investor records are accurate and up to date.
- Handle capital calls, distributions, and dividend payments.
- Maintain the shareholder registry and process investor queries efficiently.
- Prepare statutory and regulatory reports for fund managers and authorities.
- Act as a point of contact for investors and fund managers, ensuring smooth communication.
- Monitor and apply regulatory updates impacting fund administration.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as fund accounting, compliance, and legal to ensure accurate fund operations.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in transfer agency, fund administration, or investor services.
- Good understanding of Luxembourg fund structures (UCITS, AIFs, Private Equity, Real Estate).
- Familiarity with AML/KYC regulations and compliance requirements.
- Experience with fund administration software is a plus.
- Fluent in English (French is an asset).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
