Accountant Supevisor - Securitisation
About the Role
We are looking for an Accountant Supervisor – Securitisation to join our team in Luxembourg. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the accounting and financial reporting of securitisation vehicles, ensuring compliance with Luxembourg GAAP and IFRS standards. You will also play a key role in team supervision, process improvements, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the general ledger, reconciliations, and financial statements of securitisation vehicles.
- Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting in compliance with Lux GAAP and IFRS.
- Oversee the preparation of statutory accounts and regulatory filings.
- Manage and support a team of junior and senior accountants, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to deadlines.
- Implement best practices in accounting processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Provide training and guidance to team members to enhance expertise in securitisation accounting.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
- Ensure compliance with securitisation regulations and evolving industry standards.
- Assist in structuring new securitisation transactions from an accounting perspective.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
- 5+ years of experience in accounting for securitisation vehicles, SPVs, or structured finance.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role is a strong asset.
- Strong knowledge of Lux GAAP and IFRS (experience with consolidation is a plus).
- Familiarity with CSSF and securitisation regulations in Luxembourg.
- Proficiency in accounting and financial reporting tools (e.g., SAP, BOB 50, or similar).
- Fluent in English (French is a plus).
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
