Engineer sustaining the transformation
Engineer to drive transformation with LT: deliver projects end-to-end, automate workflows, and ship internal tools fast using GenAI. Builder mindset, 2–4 yrs experience, eligible to work in Luxembourg
About the Role
We are looking for a bright, high-potential Engineer (a few years of experience) to work closely with the CEO and the leadership team. A builder mindset is essential.
This is a hands-on role at the intersection of change management, project delivery, automation, and digital transformation. You will prototype fast, iterate with users, and turn ideas into shipped internal products.
Key Responsibilities
Support the leadership team on strategic execution and transformation priorities.
Structure problems, turn them into clear plans, and drive follow-through across teams.
Lead and support change and delivery workstreams end-to-end (scoping, planning, execution, reporting).
Identify and implement automation opportunities across internal processes and workflows.
Build and iterate practical solutions: prototypes, tooling, process improvements, and documentation (from MVP to production).
Leverage GenAI (LLMs/agents) to redesign workflows: automate repetitive work, increase quality, and accelerate decision-making.
Build lightweight internal apps and integrations (APIs, scripts, dashboards, Notion automations) with pragmatic engineering standards.
Prepare concise materials for leadership discussions (notes, action trackers, presentations).
Track progress, risks, dependencies, and KPIs, and keep momentum on priority initiatives.
Your Profile
Engineering education.
A few years of experience (typically 2–4 years) with evidence of strong learning speed and ownership.
Curious, structured thinker with good business judgement and an interest in how organisations work.
Hands-on experience or strong interest in automation, AI-enabled tools, and digital workflows. AI should be treated as a core skill, not a “future skill”.
Strong “new gen” maker DNA: you ship quickly, learn in public, and iterate based on feedback.
Comfortable using modern tools (AI LLM, no/low-code where relevant) without compromising on rigor and security.
Comfortable rolling up your sleeves: analysing, drafting, testing, coordinating, and delivering.
Clear communicator who can work with senior stakeholders while staying humble and pragmatic.
Excellent English. French is a strong advantage.
Eligible to work in Luxembourg.
