ATDOMCO - Senior Legal Officer
About the Role
We are looking for a Legal Officer to join our growing team in Luxembourg. In this role, you will support corporate legal operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and assist in managing client relationships. You will work alongside senior legal professionals, gaining exposure to corporate governance, company secretarial duties, and compliance processes within an international environment.

Key Responsibilities
Support company secretarial duties, including incorporations, director changes, share transfers, and statutory amendments.
Prepare and review corporate documents (board resolutions, legal agreements, filings).
Ensure compliance with AML/KYC requirements and handle due diligence documentation.
Maintain corporate records and statutory filings in line with Luxembourg regulations.
Prepare agendas, draft minutes, and follow up on action points for board and shareholder meetings.
Monitor regulatory changes and contribute to adherence to corporate governance standards.
Act as a point of contact for clients, handling legal queries and ensuring smooth communication.
Work closely with internal teams, compliance departments, and external stakeholders.
Your Profile
Bachelor's or Master's in Legal Studies, Business Law, or a related field
Relevant experience in a legal, corporate, or compliance-related role
Good knowledge of Luxembourg corporate law and regulatory frameworks
Familiarity with AML/KYC compliance requirements and best practices
Fluent in English and French (both written and spoken); any additional language is a plus
Strong attention to detail with a structured and organized approach
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
Eager to take on more responsibility and continue developing professionally
