Head of Securitisation Operations (Senior Operational Manager)
Lead and scale our Luxembourg securitisation operating model end-to-end—own execution, controls, automation and team leadership to deliver consistent, audit-ready outcomes across vehicles.
About the Role
We are hiring a senior operational leader to elevate our securitisation platform: an experienced Head of Securitisation Operations who will own day-to-day execution, control, and scaling of the operating model across our securitisation vehicles.
This role is for someone who combines deep securitisation know-how with strong people leadership and a builder mindset. You will be the operational counterpart to the deal/structuring expertise in the team and will set the bar for quality, delivery discipline, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end operating model for securitisation vehicles (onboarding → set-up → issuance → lifecycle management → reporting → events).
Lead and develop the operations team (process discipline, coaching, hiring, performance management).
Drive industrialisation and automation: process mapping, control points, KPIs, workflow tooling, and reporting dashboards.
Ensure robust governance and audit trails across compartment creation, transaction set-up, documentation completeness, approvals, and evidence retention.
Partner closely with Legal/Structuring, Compliance/AML, Finance/Accounting, Corporate/Admin, IT, and external providers (trustees, paying agents, servicers, auditors, counsel).
Manage operational risk: incident management, root-cause analysis, remediation plans, and ongoing controls.
Oversee periodic deliverables (investor reporting, regulatory/compliance reporting as applicable, financial statement timelines) and ensure deadlines are consistently met.
Own and continuously improve templates and standards (checklists, playbooks, data dictionaries, naming conventions).
Act as escalation point for complex operational matters (portfolio transfers, amendments, events of default, extraordinary transaction steps).
Requirements
8+ years’ experience in securitisation operations / structured finance operations / SPV administration / fund administration with significant securitisation exposure.
Deep knowledge of securitisation (Luxembourg/European market), including key lifecycle steps, parties, flows, documentation set, and operational controls.
Proven people leadership experience (team management, hiring, coaching).
Track record of building/optimising operations: process design, control frameworks, and KPI-driven management.
Strong stakeholder management and ability to operate with senior internal/external counterparts.
Strong written and spoken English. French is a strong advantage.
What We Offer
A high-impact leadership role with mandate to upgrade the team and operating model.
Significant autonomy and close collaboration with leadership.
Competitive compensation aligned with seniority and impact.
Well located office near the train station.
To Apply: Please submit your CV and a short note describing (i) securitisation operations experience, (ii) leadership examples, and (iii) operational improvements delivered.
